The Extended Coverage plan provides you with the full range of Luko cover, i.e. the Legal Minimum and additional cover, to ensure that your home is well insurred in all circumstances.
The guarantees included in all our contracts (i.e. the Legal Minimum plan) :

Technological disasters and terrorism ;
Relocation and emergency repairs.
Additional guarantees in Extended Coverage :
The details of your cover depend on the type of policy that covers you : Luko AG, Wakam or GLISE policy. To find out what kind of policy you have, check at the top of your contract, which company is mentionned under "Insurer".
These guarantees cover all the beneficiaries of your insurance.
They cover your home, as well as your outbuildings, provided that these have been declared in your contract, within the limits and conditions of application set out in your special conditions.
If your home is equipped with solar panels, they are covered by the same guarantees (with the exception of glass breakage), provided that they are properly attached to the roof and are declared in your contract.

Theft and vandalism | ✅ You are covered for theft inside your home in the event of : - Burglary - Escalation - Forced entry and use of false keys - Smuggling - Breaking and entering with violence or threats - Breaking and entering by deception - Breaking and entering by use of your stolen keys (provided that within 48 hours of the theft of the keys you have reported the theft and taken all measures to prevent their use: changing the locks or setting up an additional lock).
☝️ Goods stored in your outbuildings are covered up to €2000
Damage caused by theft, attempted theft or vandalism to your home is also covered.
☝️ This includes vandalism to your outside walls (tags, graffiti, etc.) if you have taken out the "Outdoor space" option.
We also cover damage to property if your home is squatted.

Glass breakage | We cover the breakage of glass products (and rigid plastics fulfilling the same functions) integrated into your property: French windows, windows, awnings, stained glass windows, verandas declared in the contract, glass partitions, etc.
As well as sanitary appliances: washbasins, bathtubs, toilets, etc.

✅ Are covered: - replacement, mirroring costs (for glass products) - the cost of installing and removing the glass parts, - additional costs of installation and temporary fencing or guarding of your doors, bay windows, etc., if the security of your home is compromised.

Electrical damage | ✅ We cover your electrical and electronic appliances located in the insured home, and those considered as home improvements outside (if they have been designed and installed for that purpose) in the event of: - undervoltage or overvoltage due to lightning or the effects of an electrical malfunction - fire, explosion or implosion limited to the electrical appliance (if it is not limited to the appliance, the fire guaranty takes over).
We also cover the loss of your food in the event of your fridge or freezer stopping due to the action of electricity or an unforeseeable power cut due to a malfunction in the distribution network.

Emergency locksmith | ✅ You are covered against theft, loss and breakage of keys, or if your lock is damaged as a result of an attempted break-in.
Our assistance will send you a certified locksmith and take care of opening your door, up to a limit of €300.
