If you are insured with Luko, you can contact our 24-hour assistance service in case of problems. If you are insured under an insurance contract:

  • In France ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท, call 01 87 66 64 39

  • In Germany ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช , call +4930-80098188

  • In Spain ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ, call +34 919 34 19 35

On the phone, specify your problem, your name, surname and contract number, and they will send you a craftsman for temporary repairs, or help you find what you need.

Good to know: our assistance service will only be able to help you if you are insured for the property you occupy, i.e. owner-occupier or tenant.

If you insure your home as a non-occupying owner, it is your tenant who must call the assistance service linked to his or her own insurance contract.

When does Luko assistance come into play?

  • To secure your home, e.g. if your door or window cannot be closed after being broken into

  • For your basic needs: toiletries, clothes, etc.

  • For locksmith repairs, if you are locked out of your home after losing or having your keys stolen(note that this guarantee is only included if you are insured with Extended Coverage).

And once the emergency is over, you will be accompanied by one of our claims managers ๐Ÿค
