When you move, there is a lot to organize.

Concerning your insurance, you will have to cancel the contract of your current accommodation, and subscribe one for the new.

To simplify your life, we have created a procedure that will allow you to manage everything in a few minutes 🚀

💻 From Computer:

  1. Revise yourself on our site in your personal space, section "Contrats"

  2. Click on the contract of the accommodation you are leaving, you will go to the page containing all the information about this contract.

  3. Click the "Move" button at the top right.

4. A window will open for you to validate that you want to start the moving procedure. Click on "Take care of my move".

👉 You will be able to access a new page: Just answer Emma's questions for us to generate the offer for your new home.

Some information from your offer summary page is pre-filled on the basis of your previous contract: your beneficiaries, your movable capital, your means of payment ...

Once the quote of the new accommodation suits you, you can subscribe in a few clicks, choosing the start date of the contract.

👉 After signing the new contract, we will ask you when you move to be able to schedule the termination of your previous Luko.

📩 A few minutes after completing the procedure, you will receive 2 emails:

  • A first containing the documents related to your new contract: Special conditions, certificate ...

  • A second confirming the end date of your current contract.

📱 From smartphone :

  • Log in to your Luko app

  • Go to the Insurance tab

  • Select your accommodation

  • At the bottom of the page, click "Move"

  • You will access a new page allowing you to create your new insurance offer

  • After that, you will be able to choose the date of termination of your current contract.

☝️ Note:

This step is only necessary if you are the subscriber of the contract.

If you are a beneficiary, simply subscribe to the contract for your new home directly on our website. And it will simply be necessary for the subscriber to withdraw you from the previous contract.
