First step: emergency relocation

You are the owner
The guarantee Loss of use compensates you for the rental value of your property. That is to say, we reimburse you the amount you would have paid as rent if you had been a tenant of your property. This rental value is determined by the expert.
The guarantee Housing costs cover the difference between this rental value, and the rent you pay for your temporary accommodation
