From now on, to report a claim to us, you have to use the Luko app.

It is available on the Apple App Store and the Android Play Store.

If your app doesn't seem to be working, our first advice is to:

  • Log out of the app

  • Uninstall it

  • Reinstall it

  • And log in again

And if you have a problem with the damage video, our advice is here

If the problem is not solved, or if you don't have a smartphone, don't panic, just contact us on the chat, or by email at hello@luko.eu describing what's going on as precisely as possible, and we'll help you report your claim ๐Ÿ‘Œ
