Add a payment method

At Luko, you can add a new payment method for your contributions in a few minutes.

You have a choice of :

  • Bank card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) French and foreign (N26, Revolut, etc.)

  • SEPA direct debit, on a French or foreign account

💻 From a computer:

  1. Log in to your personal space.

  2. Click on"Payment methods" in the left-hand menu: you will see your payment methods already registered

  3. Then click on "Add a payment method" at the top left of your screen

  4. Select whether you want to add a credit card or an IBAN, then enter the relevant information, and click "Add"

📱 From our app:

  1. Login your Luko app

  2. Once logged in, go to the "Menu" tab on the right

  3. Click on "Payment methods"

  4. You will see your already registered payment methods

  5. Click on either "Add a bank details" or "Add a credit card

  6. Enter the corresponding information, and click on "Add".

And to set your default payment method, this is where it happens ✨

☝️ Beneficiaries to the contracts cannot change the payment methods. Only the policyholder can do this.

If you are a spouse or flatmate declared on the contract, it is therefore normal that you do not have access to these functions
