- First, you need to log in to your personal account on our mobile application
- Once you are logged in, go to the Insurance tab, then click on the pink button "Make a Claim" (scroll down if needed).
- You will have a form to answer (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. You will be guided every step of the way.
- If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.
Once your claim file is opened, you will receive a confirmation mail. Then, one of our disaster managers will contact you for further information.
You'll be able to follow the progress in your personal space: In the section "Profil" (on the right of the screen), Just click on "Sinistres", and you will see the updates 👌
