The first thing to do is to file a claim from the Luko app (available on the Apple App Store & the Android Play Store)

  1. First, you need to log in to your personal account on our mobile application
  2. Once you are logged in, go to the "Help" tab, in the "Demands" subsection
  3. You will see the tittle "Open a claim", and a list of claim types. Click on the one corresponding to your situation (or on "Other" if you don't know)
  4. If you have not yet authorized the Luko App to access your phone's position, a window will open, requiring this permission. Clic on "Authorize", "Yes", then "Authorize"
  5. You will have a form to answer (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. You will be guided every step of the way. After you answer each question, click on "Next" in the right bottom corner
  6. Do the video of your damages
  7. That's all 👌

If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.

Once your claim file is opened, you will receive a confirmation mail. Then, one of our claim managers will contact you for further information.
