The first thing to do is to file a claim from the Luko app (available on the Apple App Store & the Android Play Store)

  1. First, you need to log in to your personal account on our mobile application
  2. Once you are logged in, go to the Insurance tab, then click on the pink button "Make a Claim" (scroll down if needed).
  3. You will have a form to answer (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. You will be guided every step of the way. 
  4. If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.

Once your claim file is opened, you will receive a confirmation mail. Then, one of our disaster managers will contact you for further information.

You'll be able to follow the progress in your personal space: In the section "Profil" (on the right of the screen), Just click on "Sinistres", and you will see the updates 👌
