- First, you need to log in to your personal account on our mobile application
- Once you are logged in, go to the "Help" tab, in the "Demands" subsection
- You will see the tittle "Open a claim", and a list of claim types. Click on the one corresponding to your situation (or on "Other" if you don't know)
- If you have not yet authorized the Luko App to access your phone's position, a window will open, requiring this permission. Clic on "Authorize", "Yes", then "Authorize"
- You will have a form to answer (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. You will be guided every step of the way. After you answer each question, click on "Next" in the right bottom corner
- Do the video of your damages

If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.
Once your claim file is opened, you will receive a confirmation mail. Then, one of our claim managers will contact you for further information.
You'll be able to follow the progress in your personal space: In the section "Help", subsection "Claim history".
