With traditional insurers, you are bound to stay a complete year before you can go. At Luko, you leave whenever you want, without any notice, even for the same day 🦋
How to cancel your Luko insurance?
The magic will happen in your personal space, or in the Luko app for smartphones.
(Sorry, the personal space is still in french. We are working on it !)
To cancel the contract from you personal space:
- Go to you personal space
- In the menu on the left, click on "Contrat"
- Click on the contract you want to cancel, it will lead to a page with all the informations about it
- Click on the pink button "Résilier", that is on the top right corner
- Answer the little questions to help us improve
- Confirm that you want to cancel the contract with the 6 digits code you will receive on your phone, or mail
- Then, click again on the button Résilier mon contrat.
👉 If you haven't received the code, please check your spams. You can also click on "je n'ai pas reçu le code", to have another mail sent with another code.
To cancel from your smartphone app:
- Open the Luko app
- In the Assurance page, click on the square with your contract infos
- Scroll to the bottom and click on "résilier mon contrat"
- Answer the little questions
- Confirm that you want to cancel the contract with the 6 digits code you will receive on your phone
About the cancellation questions : We ask 3 things
1) Why you are cancelling your contract. You can choose between 5 options :
- J'ai déménagé -> I have moved out of my home
- J'ai trouvé moins cher ailleurs -> I found a cheaper home insurance
- J'ai vendu/ je n'ai pas acheté ce logement -> I sold / didn't buy this place
- Je n'utilise plus mon NVEI -> I'm not using my scooter anymore (in case you wish to cancel our scooter insurance)
- J'ai eu une mauvaise experience avec Luko -> I've had a bad experience with Luko
- Je souhaite exercer mon droit de rétraction -> I wish to apply my right of withdrawal (if you cancel 14 days or less after having signed your contract)
2) When you want to cancel -> just choose in the collapsable calendar
3) Rate you time at Luko, from awful to amazing.
