  • Go to the My account login page

  • Click on "Forgot your password"

  • Enter your e-mail address (the one you entered when you subscribed)

  • Click on "Reset my password" (bold must be a link)

  • You will then receive an email allowing you to choose a new password πŸ“© (remember to check your spam)

  • To change it, click on the "Reset my password" button in the email.

You can also copy the link given to you in the email, and paste it into the address bar of your browser.

πŸ“± From the application :

  • Open your Luko application

  • Click on "Forgot your password?

  • Enter your e-mail address (the one you entered when you subscribed)

  • Click on "Reset my password".

☝️ Noteworthy :

The link sent to you in the email to reset your password is only valid for 4 hours.

If you have exceeded this time limit, you will have to repeat the entire procedure.
