You can file a claim from either your desktop or your mobile app.

On Desktop : from your personal account myLuko

  1. Log in to your personal account
  2. Click on "J'ai un sinistre" at the bottom left of the screen (Luko's personal account does not exist in English yet - but feel free to use Google Translate to translate the whole page) 
  3. Once you're on the Claims page, click on the pink button "Déclarer un sinistre".
  4. Emma, our bot, will ask you a couple questions (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. She will guide you every step of the way. 
  5. If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.

On mobile : from the Luko app (available on the Apple App Store & the Android Play Store)

  1. First, you need to log in to your personal account on our mobile application (available on Apple's App Store and Android's Play Store)
  2. Once you are logged in, go to the Insurance tab, then click on the pink button "Make a Claim" (scroll down if needed).
  3. Emma will ask you a few questions (in English 🇬🇧!) to better understand what's going on. She will guide you every step of the way. 
  4. If you have an emergency, Emma will redirect you to our assistance service, available 24/7.
